Platform Aerospace is a service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) dedicated to supporting the warfighter by providing a groundbreaking Multi-INT UAV that empowers the warfighter with unparalleled situational awareness and actionable intelligence.  Through pioneering innovation, we redefine the standards of endurance and reliability with unmatched endurance to revolutionize the evolving needs of global security. 

To support this mission we have put the best systems and training in place in every aspect of the process, such as using state of the art CAD platforms supporting 2D, 3D and solid modeling software, double-checked with good “old fashioned” hand calculations. We have been certified by INTERTEK for AS9100D / ISO9001-2015 Quality Management System which ensures our projects adhere to the highest standards and are completed exactly as designed. 

For the last two decades, Platform Aerospace has specialized in rapid prototyping, bringing requirements from theory to fully-cleared flight operations and sensor testing more quickly than the industry standard.  We possess strong Navy engineering, aircraft maintenance, and modification abilities demonstrated by strong past performance in multiple projects. We bring the necessary capability, technical competency, and capacity to fulfill your project’s requirements with expertise in engineering, design, analysis, fabrication, installation and flight operations.

Platform Aerospace owns and operates Vanilla Unmanned a World Record-setting ultra-long flight endurance Unmanned Air Vehicle ISR platform. We also have expert knowledge and experience in UAV and UAS modification and integration for Tiger Shark, Scan Eagle and Quadcopter Medium Lift UAV systems.

While Platform Aerospace has completed many unique projects over the last 30 years, the design, analysis, build, and flight clearance of the NP-3D aircraft has become one of our flagship projects. The modular design of this aircraft allows quick turnaround, installation, and integration of multi-sensory suites, decreasing aircraft downtime from months to only days.  Through our experience with the rapid prototyping model, we have expanded this capability to multiple airframes and became a leader in the industry.  We have worked on nearly every airframe in the Navy inventory, as well as ground shelters, ships, vehicles and more.  This expertise has now caused our company to expand into the private aircraft market, taking our high military standards with us as we perform installations on civilian and law enforcement aircraft.  This is why our team has the experience and breadth of knowledge to bring your project, big or small, to a successful completion.
