They possess strong Navy engineering, aircraft maintenance and modification abilities demonstrated by strong past performance in multiple projects. They have expertise in engineering, design, analysis, fabrication, installation and flight operations.
While Platform Aerospace has completed many unique projects over the last 25 years. The design, analysis, build and flight clearance of the NP-3D aircraft is one of their flagship projects. The modular design of this aircraft allows quick turnaround, installation and integration of multi-sensory suites, decreasing aircraft downtime from months to only days. Through their experience with the rapid prototyping model, they have expanded this capability to multiple airframes and become a leader in the industry. They have worked on nearly every airframe in the Navy inventory, as well as ground shelters, ships, vehicles and more.
